  • Verifying eligibility for Banking Jobs
  • Coordinating with HR of partner Banks

II. Cancellation & Refunds

3. Enrollment Cancellation Rules

Once a student is enrolled in a specialized BFSI program, seats are locked. Cancellation requests must be submitted via email within 24 hours of registration. If a student has already attended a single lecture or accessed the proprietary study portal (LMS), the cancellation will be considered void to protect our intellectual property.

4. Refund Disbursement

Refunds are only eligible for students who meet the criteria mentioned in the cancellation rules. Registration/Admission fees are non-refundable as they cover administrative processing. Approved amounts are credited within 7 to 10 working days through the original bank gateway.

No Refund Scenario

If a student fails to complete the training or provides false documents during verification, all fees paid will be forfeited.

Batch Transfer

Instead of cancellation, students may request a batch transfer to a later date (subject to availability and approval).
