These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the Student/User) and GoBank 247. By accessing our website or enrolling in our BFSI programs, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

1. Enrollment & Eligibility

To be eligible for our programs, candidates must meet the minimum academic criteria specified for each course (typically Graduation).

• Candidates must provide authentic academic and KYC documents.
• GoBank 247 reserves the right to reject any application based on eligibility checks.
• Enrollment is non-transferable to another individual.

2. Fees, Payments & Refunds

All course fees must be paid through authorized channels mentioned on our portal.

3. Training & Placement Assistance

GoBank 247 provides rigorous training and interview preparation for the BFSI sector. While we have a high success rate and tie-ups with leading banks:

• Placement depends on the candidate's performance in interviews.
• Final hiring decisions rest solely with the partner banks/employers.
• Candidates must maintain 90% attendance to be eligible for placement support.

4. Professional Code of Conduct

Students are expected to maintain professional decorum during online sessions and physical workshops. Any form of harassment, unauthorized recording of lectures, or sharing of study material with non-enrolled individuals will lead to immediate termination of enrollment without refund.

5. Intellectual Property

All course content, including videos, PDFs, and mock tests, are the intellectual property of GoBank 247. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to access this content for personal educational use only.

6. Limitation of Liability

GoBank 247 shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. We do not guarantee that our website will be error-free or uninterrupted.
