Refund Overview

GoBank 247 provides high-quality BFSI training and placement assistance. We understand that circumstances might change, and we have established a clear process for course cancellations and refund settlements to maintain professional transparency.

1. Refund Eligibility

Full Tuition Refund

Applicable if the request is raised at least 7 days before the batch starts. (Minus 10% admin charges).

Registration Fees

The initial booking/registration amount (INR 2,500 - 5,000 depending on course) is strictly non-refundable.

2. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Requests raised after 2 days of batch commencement.
If the student has already accessed more than 2 live training modules.
If the proprietary LMS (Learning Management System) credentials have been activated and study material downloaded.
In case of termination due to student misconduct or submission of forged documents during bank verification.
Failure to attend the scheduled job interviews arranged by GoBank 247.

3. Settlement & Timeline

Once a refund request is approved by the academic council, the settlement is processed via the following steps:
